Our story
Experience shaped
by making.
More than two decades in construction. A thoughtful approach to every home, from the larger vision to the final detail.
Miguel Barragan · Owner
A builder’s perspective.
A craftsman’s eye.
Miguel Barragan brings more than 20 years of Bay Area construction and remodeling experience to MBRR Construction. His perspective begins with the whole home: how spaces function, how materials come together, and how each decision contributes to the finished result.
His background includes work with Foster Reeve in New York, adding a specialized understanding of architectural detail and precision to his broader construction experience. That knowledge informs his eye for quality throughout a project.
Alongside MBRR Construction, Miguel owns Foreign Finishes, a business specializing in architectural plaster, custom moldings, and specialty finishes. This expertise complements MBRR’s construction work, while the focus remains on the complete project and the homeowner’s vision.
Based in Alameda, MBRR Construction starts with a clear understanding of your ideas, priorities, and project scope. From renovations to the details that bring a room together, Miguel brings an experienced builder’s perspective to the conversation about your home.
